His thorough hands-on approach to overcoming the challenges that beset an ever-changing business and industry environment, have built confidence in Corwood’s customer base. A comprehensive knowledge of every aspect of running a successful business, from sales and marketing expertise to product development insights and manufacturing expertise is combined with Vincent’s intuitive sense of what’s coming next. Joe Rosenstreich
Consultant

Joe Rosenstreich, founder and owner of Barlo Laboratories, joins the ACAP team as a consultant, bringing with him 32 years of experience in the development of new products and the reformulation of existing products. Before launching Barlo Laboratories, Joe was a Vice President of R&D for Estee Lauder, in charge of product development for prestigious lines such as Clinique, Prescriptives, Estee Lauder and Aramis Worldwide. In this capacity, Mr. Rosenstreich was a key contributor in the creation of breakthrough product for these brands. As a consultant, he has also participated in the launch of the Origins line of skin care, color and sensory therapy products. His association with Corwood as a consultant make him a valuable addition to the ACAP team.

Patricia Shepard

As part of Corwood’s organization, Patricia Shepard brings a worldwide sales and marketing perspective to the development of advanced product concepts. Before joining Corwood, where she interfaces with both Corwood and BioZone activities, Patricia was Director of Sales and Marketing for Faber Castell Cosmetics, a position she held for 12 years. Faber Castell’s manufacturing resources in Germany and Brazil gave Patricia the opportunity to master the many facets of overseas cosmetics markets, enhancing her role in sales and marketing in the United States and Canada.

With 30 years experience in the personal care and cosmetic industries, Steve Orofino brings a specific focus on Skin Care, Sun Care, Fragrance, Toiletries, Antiperspirants and Deodorants, Body Wash and Emulsion Technology. Steve holds patents in Antiperspirants and Deodorants and Sun Care and has published several articles on skin moisturization, cosmetic preservation and sun care.

Brian Keller, Ph.D.,

As a co-founder of BioZone Laboratories, Dr. Brian Keller has been the driving force behind the company’s many scientific accomplishments since it was established in 1989. With drug delivery systems as BioZone’s initial outreach, the company subsequently expanded to scientific advances for the personal care and cosmetic sectors. This expansion is largely the result of BioZone’s robust commitment to the scientific innovations of the late Dr. Dan Lasic, the leader of the company’s pioneering research in liposomes. Over a five-year period that began in the mid-1990s, the self-forming lipid, trademarked as QuSomes(TM), was discovered. Bringing this revolutionary technology to the marketplace is a key factor in a strategic partnership between BioZone and Corwood whose respective strengths lie in technological innovations and well established marketing and manufacturing expertise. Today, QuSomes are transforming and greatly improving formulations that previously relied on standard liposome technology. The application of QuSomes in new product development marks a premier effort for the ACAP team.
