A graduate
chemist with 48 years of experience in the cosmetic and
pharmaceutical industry, Irwin’s career focus has been in
new product development and manufacturing. Previously employed
as a chemist by Revlon, Bristol Myers, Block Drug and Pfizer,
Irwin founded Corwood Laboratories in 1968. Irwin’s depth
of experience, passion for excellence and vision are evident
in the leadership he demonstrates each day as President
and CEO of the company he built.

of Sales & Marketing
As a 25 year veteran of the cosmetic
industry, Vincent has a proven ability to grow business.
With his vision and passion for the industry combined with
his depth of experience in sales, marketing, product development
and manufacturing, Vincent is ideally suited to build the
Corwood customer base and continue to develop new Corwood
opportunities.

With
over 20 years of extensive production and manufacturing
experience, Merryl's effort is key in enabling Corwood to
continue its aggressive growth...today and in the future.
Merryl oversees all manufacturing and packaging schedules,
job rotation and workflow to ensure customer needs and productivity
goals are met.
Jerry Dresel

Chief
Financial Officer
Jerry has over
28 years of diversified accounting and financial experience,
including 16+ years as CFO for companies up to $80 million
in sales. Jerry has established financial models and controls
for more effective and timely financial reporting and has
implemented budgeting and forecasting processes. With a
broad skill base in managing IT, operations, finance, cash
management, credit and collections, Jerry has led strategic
initiatives which enabled growth and increased gross margins
while reducing overhead.

Customer
Service Manager
Shirley has worked with her husband, Irwin at
Corwood Laboratories since its inception, where she manages
the Customer Service Department. She makes sure that all
customers are kept informed of the status of their order
and that they are shipped in a timely manner. Her main focus
is to deliver customer satisfaction and service. Her years
of experience and relationships with customers provide a
personal touch and added assurance that their jobs will
be delivered on time.

Director
of Research & Development
Angel’s career spans 30 years of solid research and product
development experience in the cosmetic, personal care, and
OTC pharmaceutical and household arenas. During his career
he has been affiliated with major industry players such
as Unilever, Elizabeth Arden, Kiehl’s Division of L’Oreal,
Avon, Del Laboratories as well as raw material suppliers
and Private Label companies such as Kolmar Laboratories
and SanMar Laboratories. Most recently he was Sr. Director
of R&D- Applications Department
at Phoenix Chemicals. He is the holder of several World,
US and European patents.
